Storage & Freshness
- Store firm green fruit at ambient room temperature (18°C – 24°C) until skin darkens and yields to gentle pressure.
- Do not refrigerate unripe avocados as this prevents normal physiological ripening.
- Once fully ripe, move to a refrigerator (4°C – 6°C) to extend freshness for up to 7 days.
- Sprinkle lemon juice on cut surfaces to prevent enzymatic browning.
